  • When does Registration begin?

    Registration for Laufey presale access is open now through Thursday, June 5 at 10pm local time.

  • What does "LOCAL TIME" mean?

    Local time refers to the time zone where the venue is located. 

  • When is the presale?

    The Laufey Presale will start on Tuesday, June 3 at 10AM local and will end on Thursday, June 5 at 10PM. All tickets are subject to availability and are first come, first served. 

  • I did not receive my verification code. How do I receive it?

    If you are still running into issues with receiving your verification code, please try sending an SMS with 'Yes' or 'Start' to 33439. This might enable you to start receiving SMS Verification codes. Please attempt to register again after re-enabling. Please also check your spam folders. If this still does not work, please email register@aegpresents.com and we will assist accordingly.

  • I registered for a presale code, when will I receive it?

    You will receive your presale code shortly before the presale begins.  

  • Will my presale code work for all shows or just one?

    Yes, your presale code will work across all North American A Matter of Time Tour dates.  

  • How many tickets am I allowed to purchase with my presale code?

    The presale code will allow you to purchase a maximum of 4 tickets for each show. 

  • Once I register for presale and receive the presale code, will it guarantee that I can purchase tickets during presale?

    Participating in presale registration DOES NOT guarantee tickets to the show. Tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis. 

  • Where do I purchase the tickets?

    Ticket links will be sent to you when you receive your code. Tickets will be sold from websites designated by the venues. This includes axs.com / ticketmaster.com. 

  • When is the Public On Sale?

    Public On Sale will be on Friday, June 6 at 10AM local time. Tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis. 

  • Are the tickets refundable?

    All sales are final. No refund, No exchange available. 

  • What if I am having issues during the registration and presale process?
